Real-Name Registration

The Telecommunications (Registration of SIM Cards) Regulation (“Regulation”) came into effect on 1st September 2021. Pursuant to the Regulation, prepaid SIM cards that can be used in Hong Kong must complete Real-Name Registration in order to activate or continue the use of telecommunications service from 1 March 2022. Use of data

It provides 5G/4G network unlimited data usage in Hong Kong and Macau (Once your daily data usage in Hong Kong and Macau reaches “Fair Usage Level (FUP)” 2GB(calculation of data usage will be re-started from HK time 00:00 next day), the upload/download speed would be reduced and controlled at 512kbps and tethering and Peer-to-Peer services would not be available.

Data validity period

7-Day. The SIM card will be expired on the 7th day at 23:59 Hong Kong time since card activation.

Validity period

The prepaid card is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. It will be invaild after expiry.
