Real-Name Registration
The Telecommunications (Registration of SIM Cards) Regulation (“Regulation”) came into effect on 1st September 2021. Pursuant to the Regulation, prepaid SIM cards that can be used in Hong Kong must complete Real-Name Registration in order to activate or continue the use of telecommunications service from 1 March 2022. Insert the physical SIM card into your mobile phone or download and install the eSIM to your mobile phone to complete the Real-Name Registration and then activate the service.

Fair use of data
It provides 4G/5G network mobile data service, 36GB in Mainland China & Hong Kong & Macau.
Data validity period
365-Day. The SIM card will be expired on the 365th day at 23:59 Hong Kong time since card activation.
Validity period
The prepaid card is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. It will be invaild after expiry.

Customer can recharge the SIM card for service resumption in 365 days after the data is used up or the validity period expires

Note:
(1) Once the 365-day validity period expires or all data has been consumed, data service will be suspended. Unused data will be forfeited. To continue to use the service, customer has to recharge the SIM card within 30 days after the data is used up or the validity period expires. Otherwise, the SIM card will no longer be valid.
(2) Customer can recharge HK$250 to the SIM card so as to reactivate data package(365-day validity period) within 30 days after all data has been consumed or validity period expires.
(3) The usage of reactivated data package will be recalculated from the data of reactivation, and will not be accumulated with the expired unused usage.
